Refunds & Exchange Policy

BEFORE purchasing, please understand, due to the beauty & health act, WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RECEIVE ANY PRODUCTS BACK!
- Once you have received your tracking for your package, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

If there is a mistake on our end, for example, if you are sent the wrong products or anything of that nature, we will ask you to send the products back within 48 HOURS of receiving the package. If you do not do so, we are no longer able to accept the products back. After providing proof which is providing a tracking number that the items were sent back, we will then credit you the amount originally spent. You will receive this credit via email and a card in the mail.

No cash refunds will be given. A store credit refund will be issued. A code will be generated and emailed to you in a form of a giftcard

Please understand, all textures have been tested and weekly quality checks does take place. We are not responsible for any damaged hair once the hair is in your possession.
Also, by submitting and completing your purchase, you are authorizing that specific order/transaction. When submitting your purchase, you are confirming that you are aware of that specific transaction and you are giving consent for that transaction to be completed. If you are allowing someone other than yourself to use your credit/debit card to make a transaction, you will be sent an email providing information about that transaction.
